[ONT] Configuring WFQ

LAB 구성 방법 :

PC1에서 Virtual PC와 GW1을 구성한다.

Partner PC2에서는 Virtual PC와 GW2를 구성하고 설정한다.

GW1에 연결된 Phone은 1xxx 번대 번호를 부여받도록 설정하고

GW2에 연결된 Phone은 2xxx 번대 번호를 부여받도록 설정한다.
